1. Explain different models and programs of community-based education and rehabilitation for children with disabilities and people with disabilities.
2. Implement, under the supervision, educational and rehabilitation programs and procedures in order to improve functional development (abilities, knowledge and skills), meet individual needs and achieve quality of life for children with disabilities and persons with disabilities.
3. Carry out, under the supervision, evaluation of educational-rehabilitation programs and procedures.
4. Explain the basics of transdisciplinary professional cooperation and the role of educational - rehabilitators in the systems of education, professional rehabilitation and employment, social welfare, and health.
5. Estimate ethical challenges in the field and represent professional and ethical principles.
6. Apply professional terminology in accordance with contemporary concepts in the field of Educational Rehabilitation.
7. Plan professional and personal development through continuing education in the field of Educational Rehabilitation and related professional fields.
