The 3rd conference “And How Are You?” was held on 19th of January, 2026. in Zagreb. Conference was held for professionals in the field of mental health, parents, educators, employees in the corporate and public sectors, as well as young people and students. Prof. Martina Lotar Rihtarić, PhD, and Assist. Prof. Sabina Mandić, PhD, from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences participated in the conference.
Prof. Lotar Rihtarić took part in the panel Addicted, Available and Exhausted, which addressed the psychological mechanisms behind the use of digital content, the need for social validation, and emotional exhaustion, highlighting the importance of establishing healthy digital boundaries.
Assist. Prof. Sabina Mandić participated in the panel Screens Between Us, which focused on the impact of the digital environment on interpersonal and family relationships, as well as on the role of parents and adults in modelling a balanced relationship with technology.
