At the University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain, on 4th and 5th of November 2025, as part of the UNIC working conference Unlocking Transformational Value, Prof. Lelia Kiš-Glavaš and Assistant Svea Kučinić, held a workshop entitled Shaping the Future of Superdiversity: Strategies for Inclusive and Adaptive Universities.
The aim of the workshop was to identify systemic mechanisms that lead to the exclusion of multiple marginalised groups and obstruct superdiversity. During the workshop, participants were given an introduction to the topic and then participated in two rounds of group work in order to identify the aforementioned mechanisms and obstacles.
