1. Improve existing collaborations within an interdisciplinary team approach and propose new collaborations in the best interests of beneficiary
2. Lead teams and other working groups formed to address specific beneficiary problems and / or professional issues
3. Advocate ethical principles and modern standards of the profession
4. Self-assess one's own interpersonal, generic and professional competencies and manage one's own professional development accordingly
5. Evaluate the processes and effectiveness of interventions with individuals, groups and communities during and after the implementation of the intervention and use the results to improve interventions
