The conference is jointly organized by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, the Croatian Institute of Public Health, and the Addiction Prevention Competence Centre, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, under the patronage and with the institutional support of the European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA).
The PREVREG conference is organized with the goal of actively advancing evidence-based prevention of behavioral problems and the promotion of mental health in the region. More specifically, it aims to establish a regional network for collaboration and the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and good practices, as well as to reflect on contemporary scientific findings in the field of prevention science and mental health promotion. Special emphasis will be placed on modern standards in prevention science and public health policy.
PREVREG is intended for scientists, researchers, prevention and public health professionals, policymakers, educators, and practitioners interested in the development and provision of evidence-based preventive interventions.
