Course objectives:
- acquainting students with the theoretical and practical framework of psychosocial oncology and practical determinants of the application of complementary supportive therapies within a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to children and adults with malignant diseases

Course content:

5. Existential anxiety and psychoemotional characteristics of people with malignant disease
6. Quality of life of oncology patients

9. Burn-out syndrome in medical and other staff.
10. Palliative care
11. Conception of complementary-supportive therapeutic programs.
12. Creative and art expressive therapy in psychosocial oncology
13. Programs in Pediatric Psychology
13. Programs in adult psychoncology.
15. Methods of clinical assessment

Student assessment and evaluation:
- final oral exam after the presented seminar and completed individual and / or group assignments.
