1. Assess the factors and characteristics of the quality of life of children with disabilities and persons with disabilities and their families.
2. Design and apply individualized, scientifically based, educational-rehabilitation programs and procedures to improve functional development (abilities, knowledge and skills) and achieve quality of life of children with disabilities and persons with disabilities.
3. Modify/reshape educational-rehabilitation programs and procedures regarding their effects.
4. Supervise Bachelor of Educational Rehabilitation during the implementation of educational-rehabilitation assessment and the application of educational-rehabilitation programs and procedures.
5. Prevent development of secondary difficulties and social exclusion in children with developmental disabilities and persons with disabilities.
6. Manage continuous professional and personal development.
