Organized by the Laboratory for Art and Science of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, the 2nd Symposium Healing Power of Music: Exploring the Role of Music in Health, Rehabilitation, and Human Experience will take place on Friday, 15 May 2026. The symposium will be held in the Mljet Hall from 10:00 to 14:30.

At the intersection of art and science, music is widely recognised as a universal and powerful medium used in various fields of healing, education, and rehabilitation. Through interdisciplinary scientific and professional perspectives, this symposium examines the role of music in enhancing health, psychophysical well-being, and quality of life, aiming to understand how, through the sound of music, we turn towards ourselves – more gently, more deeply, and more wholly.

Detailed information is available in the symposium programme.
