The governing bodies of the Faculty are the Dean and the Faculty Council.

The Dean is the head of the Faculty. The Dean is assisted in his work by Vice Deans (Vice Dean for business, Vice Dean for study programmes and students and Vice Dean for science and international cooperation) and the Secretary of the Faculty. The Dean, Vice Deans and the Secretary of the Faculty make up the Dean's College in a narrower composition. In addition to the narrower composition of the Dean's College, the Faculty also has a wider composition of the Dean's College.

The Faculty Council is an expert council of the Faculty, which consists of all teachers elected to scientific-teaching and teaching positions, associates elected to associate positions in teaching, student representatives, one representative of non-teaching staff and one representative of the Teaching and Clinical Center.

The Faculty Council is assisted in its work and decision-making by permanent and occasional advisory bodies of the Faculty Council.
