Erasmus+ students

How to apply
- Contact your university's Erasmus coordinator or international office to find out if you are eligible for exchange to the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Zagreb. You must apply through your home university.
- Once you were chosen by your home university, your coordinator must nominate you for your student exchange period at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Zagreb (via e-mail). Nominations for the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences should be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- After nomination, students need to apply. Application procedure
APPLICATION DEADLINES (to receive your application documents by e-mail):
10 May for the winter semester / academic year
10 November for the summer semester - Student can choose courses in English from our list list (according to the Important Information) and fill out the Learning agreement. Please note that all courses are held as individual consultations with the teachers.
- Learning Agreement with all the information about coordinators and contact persons at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences can be found here: Learning Agreement - Example.
- If you want to take some elective courses at some other Faculty, you must sign another Learning agreement with that Faculty.

Incoming students will receive an e-mail from the coordinator (at least one month prior to their arrival) with the exact date of the enrolment and all the information about enrolment procedure (usually that takes place one week before the beginning of winter or summer semester).

Freemover

If your University does not have Erasmus+ agreement or bilateral agreement with the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, you can still apply as a zero-grant student (freemover).
Zero-grant student can study for a semester or two at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences within the study programe at the home university but outside of formal exchange agreement.
Zero-grant will have to cover all the costs of their study period (tuition fees, accommodation, etc.) The University of Zagreb or the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences presently do not offer any financial assistance for foreign citizens. Foreign students must have sufficient financial means for the duration of their stay.
The tuition fee for an exchange study programme is reached by the Dean's Council of the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences.

Student can live in student residence hall or they can choose private accommodation.
If you want to live in residence hall, you have to choose that option in the online application form. Check details here: Housing
